Information Warfare in Ukraine: Conversation with Volodymyr SydkoTime: 10:00AM Pacific Time on Wednesday, November 8, 2023 Location: Zoom (register here) During this event Ukrainian film director Volodymyr Sydko talked about his experiences of the ongoing war in Ukraine. He addressed the history and means of the Russian information attacks on Ukraine that preceded the full-scale invasion that began in February 2022. Volodymyr talked about the challenges and peculiarities of shooting films in a state of war, and emphasized the significance of the stories of ordinary people who have suffered from the war.
