    Hey Alyssa,

Great infographic! The cosplay community has always been so incredibly interesting to me. I remember spending hours on YouTube watching vlogs of people describing or showing the process and being just in awe at the level of work and dedication. Even from a casual viewer perspective, it’s apparent that the community is incredibly information-rich and unafraid to learn and improve on their craft.

      Hi Yesenia,

Thank you! Since cosplay is a creative hobby, I had so much fun creating this infographic on Canva. I would do the exact same thing as you, watching countless videos on YouTube on cosplay construction. I cosplayed as Aquaman a few years back and spent weeks researching how to make his trident. Odin Makes is my personal favorite YouTuber when it comes to cosplay props. I used his Aquaman Trident video as a resource in making it, only to find out that through further researching that it was cheaper and faster for me to buy a children’s toy instead. Thank you for noting that the cosplay community is information rich and dedicated to their craft!
