Thank you so much for sharing your post. I really enjoyed learning a lot about 3D printing. I didn’t realize that they have been used for so long and they weren’t as accessible as they are now. We recently purchased some for one of our coding classes after school. I recently lost the small piece that spins the tape inside the tape dispenser. I…[Read more]

Thank you so much! I agree with you on how it could feel like a distraction but it could have a positive influence. It can be really helpful when looking for a quick modification on a certain workout. I do it all of the time especially when I don’t have time to go to the gym. The great part of it is when you come across something you like you can…[Read more]

Linda,
I just have to say overall I enjoyed your blog’s aesthetic overall. I love the content that was presented here.
Thank you for sharing your peer-reviewed article as it was informative. You did an amazing job in summarizing the study’s findings on the social ties of youths with disabilities and their use of ICT. -

I know the exact feeling when it comes to audiobooks. It just depends on the person who is talking because it can either have you hooked or be really tuned out. If you are into true crime I would check out Rotten Mango! One of the best so far that I have liked.

There are so many good online resources for women’s fitness! When I was lifting, I used to go on the subreddit r/xxfitness for advice all the time. I think actual gyms can feel a little intimidating for some women, so online spaces can be a really great resources.

This is a great infographic! As much as TikTok feels like a distraction 95% of the time, I have found that it has been a really motivating source for finding fitness advice!

It can be really helpful when looking for a quick modification on a certain workout. I do it all of the time especially when I don’t have time to go to the gym. The great part of it is when you come across something you like you can save it and put it in a certain folder. For example, you could put all of your fitness videos in one collection and workout modifications in another.

Thank you so much for sharing this. I was really amazed to read about Mary Anning story. It amazes me to see how education was held back for women. In my research, this was also seen how women didn’t know where to seek health information. Although Mary was held back she was self-taught and worked her way up and made a huge impact on others in the…[Read more]

Linda,
I love your journey of Pokemon. It’s always great to see what one community can be and what it brings us. I remember when Pokemon Go came out and it had everyone around town walking everywhere. Ever since that day I have never seen so many children and adults roam around town!
Okay question, did you hand paint your own nails?…[Read more]
