In this recap of the second annual Blockchain D.C. conference, common questions about blockchains were answered — whether they were needed for an organization or how a company could obtain value from it. Panelists from CoinCenter, IBM, and Booz Allen Hamilton gave their perspectives on the technology. There is a potential for risk with the experimental technology, but using blockchains effectively may remove the risk and that businesses would need to understand the use cases of the technology. They also acknowledged that the U.S. government was actively working with public in Blockchain-related matters.
